SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT!
To schedule an in-office or telephone appointment with Dr. Stengler, please call or email the clinic at 858-450-7120 or email Melissa@lajollawholehealth.com
Our staff will schedule a time for you and answer any questions that you may have. This can be an in-office visit or telephone consultation if you live outside of the San Diego area. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure all paperwork is completed before you meet with Dr. Stengler.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR FIRST VISIT
Most people schedule a 60-minute time slot for their first visit. This provides enough time to review your health concerns, answer any questions you may have, and begin a holistic approach to your health. However, patients do have the option of scheduling a 30-minute initial visit. Dr. Stengler will review many important areas of your health such as:
- Your health goals
- Symptoms you are experiencing
- Medications you are currently taking
- Supplements you are currently taking
- Diet and Nutritional Status
- Exercise
- Stress Level
- Review of current/past lab tests
- Review of body systems such as digestion, hormone balance, etc.
At the end of your visit you will most likely be given specific recommendations on:
- Diet
- Supplements
- Exercise
- Stress Reduction Techniques
- Lab tests that could be helpful (To learn more, click here)
FOLLOW-UP VISITS
Mark Stengler, ND, will provide recommendations as to how often you should follow up to review your progress and changes in recommendations. The average follow-up consultation is thirty minutes.
FEES
The fees are $300.00 for 60-minute consultations and $150.00 for 30-minute consultations. Our office does not accept insurance and payment is expected at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks and Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards.

• Take I-5 North to La Jolla Village Dr. exit
• Go left to 2nd stoplight and turn left on Villa La Jolla Dr. by Rock Bottom Brewery
• Turn in driveway between Rock Bottom and El Torito's restaurants
• Follow this under La Jolla Village Professional Center and park by 2nd stairway on your left.
• Take the stairs up to first floor in Bldg. A to Suite A-107
Coming South from Carlsbad, Del Mar:
• Take I-5 South to La Jolla Village Dr. exit
• Go right to 1st stoplight and get over to left-hand lane, turning left on Villa La Jolla Dr.

• Turn immediately into driveway between Rock Bottom and El Torito Restaurants
• Follow driveway under La Jolla Village Professional Center medical complex and park by 2nd stairway on your left.
