Privacy Policy
All information gathered through your order is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any company or individual. The information will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in the timeliest manner possible. If you need to change anything about your order, please email to orders@lajollawholehealth.com.

 

Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of order. In the ordering process, you will be given the opportunity to select 1 or 2 day shipping. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of placement.

 

Return Policy
We stand by our products and support a generous return policy. All supplements must be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase date. Due to the nature of supplements, we cannot provide refunds for any supplements that have been opened, tested, or otherwise not fit for resale. Please, do not return opened bottles or containers in any way, shape or fashion.

 

Payment Policy
We only accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards on our website. Payments made in person at the clinic can also be made by cash, check or money order.

 

Insurance
Our office does not accept insurance. Payment is expected at time of service with cash, check, or credit card. Check with your healthcare insurer to see if your office visit or lab tests can be reimbursed.
